Know why your file reads the way it does — in one business day.

The Capital Snapshot analyses your actual financial statements and returns a 6–8 page diagnosis: your real coverage and borrowing capacity, the three to five things a lender will question, and one clear next step.

Is my business financially healthy enough to borrow, and how much can it borrow?

A lender answers that question with three calculations: normalized EBITDA (real earning power after non-recurring and owner-discretionary items), debt service coverage (that earning power divided by all annual principal and interest), and leverage (total funded debt to EBITDA). The Capital Snapshot runs those calculations on your actual statements and reports the indicative borrowing range they support.

When this is the right step

You already suspect something in the file is going to slow you down.

Most owners do not need a full financing package yet. They need to know whether their numbers support the amount they intend to ask for, and what a lender will push back on first.

  • You are planning to approach a lender in the next one to six months.
  • You are not certain what your business can actually service in new debt.
  • Your last application took longer than expected and you never learned exactly why.
  • You want a second read on your statements before an advisor or broker sees them.

What you get

Six answers, on paper, in plain English.

ComponentWhat it tells you
Coverage and capacity readYour real debt-service coverage and a defensible borrowing range, calculated the way a credit committee calculates it.
Normalized earnings viewThe adjustments you are entitled to make, and the ones a lender will strike out.
Three to five questions a lender will askThe specific soft spots in your file, ranked by how much they cost you in time or price.
Cash and liquidity risk flagsConcentration, aging, seasonality, and near-term obligations that change how your file reads.
Document gap listWhat is missing, why it matters, and roughly how long each item takes to produce.
One clear next stepWhether to apply now, fix first, or wait — stated plainly, with a timeline.

How it works

Three steps. About twenty minutes of your time.

Step 01

Order and upload

One encrypted upload link and a short checklist. Most of it your bookkeeper already has to hand.

Step 02

The $495 moves forward. If you upgrade to the $1,995 Lender-Ready Capital Pack within 14 days, the full Snapshot fee is credited against it with the code SNAP495. Nothing is discounted — the value carries into the larger package.

Before you order

What is the difference between this and the free Readiness Score?+

The score identifies what is wrong from your own answers. The Snapshot analyses your actual financial statements and explains why it is wrong and what to do about it, in what order. One is a self-assessment; the other is a diagnosis.

How fast is it?+

Same or next business day from the moment we have complete documents. Most owners send everything in a single upload and have the diagnosis back within twenty-four hours.

What do I need to send?+

Three years of financial statements, your current debt schedule if you have one, and a recent aged receivables listing. If something is missing, we will tell you whether we can work around it before taking the fee.

Is the $495 wasted if I then want the full package?+

No. The full $495 is credited against the $1,995 Lender-Ready Capital Pack when you upgrade within 14 days. Nothing is discounted — the value moves forward.

Will this guarantee financing?+

No, and be wary of anyone who says it will. It tells you how your file reads before a lender reads it, which is the part that is actually within your control.

Methodology and review

Every figure in the Snapshot is produced by formula from your own financial statements — normalized EBITDA, debt-service coverage, and funded-debt leverage — and reconciled before delivery. No figure is estimated or generated.
